Do you support third-party audits and factory inspections?
Yes. We regularly undergo third-party audits for international retailers and brands, including factory inspections approved by Disney, Walmart, and other recognized supplier systems. Our facilities are always audit-ready.
Is your toy packaging safe for children?
Safety. All toy packaging uses 100% plant-based inks with no mineral oils or halogens. Products are tested against EN-71 and California Prop 65 standards, meeting the world's strictest child product safety regulations.

Daily printing capacity exceeds 60 million sheets. Located in Dongguan, the factory spans 20,000 square meters and is equipped with imported Heidelberg (Germany), KBA (Germany), and Komori (Japan) printing presses to ensure consistent quality for large-volume orders.
Do you use eco-friendly inks and materials?
Yes. We use 100% 100% vegetable oil-based inks with no mineral oils or halogens, meeting the increasingly strict green procurement standards of European and American brands to support your ESG reporting and sustainable supply chain.
MOQ, Sampling, and Lead Time
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard minimum order quantity is 3,000 pieces per item. For special requirements or small-batch projects, please contact us to discuss further based on your specific needs.
Can you provide samples before mass production?
Sure. We offer two sampling options: digital proofs (PDF/3D preview) ready within 3 business days for initial design confirmation; and physical printed samples, which take 7-15 business days depending on process complexity, to accurately reflect real materials and finishing effects.
What is the standard production lead time?
Standard production lead time: 7-15 business days for domestic orders; 15-20 business days for export orders. Actual delivery may vary slightly based on order volume and process complexity. Please confirm at the time of ordering to align with your launch schedule.
